There will be three buses departing from Best Western Plus in Horseheads on Saturday at 3:00 PM to bring guests to the venue. Please arrive to the lobby of the hotel by 2:45 PM to promptly board the buses. The buses will transport guests back to the Best Western Plus after the reception. The first bus will depart at 10:00 PM from the venue. The second bus will depart at 11:00 PM. The final bus will depart at 12:00 AM from the venue.

Ithaca is the closest airport to our venue and recommended hotel. There will be a shuttle service provided from the airport to the hotel.

Syracuse Hancock International Airport

Syracuse airport is slightly larger than Ithaca airport. However, it is about an hour drive from the venue and roughly a 2 hour drive to the recommended hotel. Uber is available in the area, but may be limited.
