When should I RSVP by?
Please let us know your plans by August 15th, 2025. We hope we get to celebrate with you!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm, on October 14, 2025. It is encouraged that you show up just before 4 to find your seats, and enjoy a refreshment before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony begins no one will be permitted, we will meet you at cocktail hour.
Is there a dress code?
We want everyone to feel happy and confident. We would appreciate formal attire for the event, with autumn colors. Please no white, creams, or champagne.
Are kids welcome?
On our day we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Our wedding venue is not child safe as there will be bon fires in the evening, and there are many spaces they can disappear in. As much as we love your little ones we believe it would be safest for the event to be child-free. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
Can I bring a date?
Guests will be included on your RSVP. Please respect our wishes for those invited.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
We have reserved hotel blocking at the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, please review the Travel tab for more details.
I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Of course! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions during the RSVP process.
Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Yes, you will find parking at the front of the building.
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
No. Please be responsible for your arrival and departure.
Anything Else I should be aware of?
If you are under the age of 25 or look under 25 please bring your ID if you wish to have any alcohol.
