Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue and handicap accessible parking too! There will also be valet.
Nobody loves kids more than us! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adult only unless stated otherwise on your invitation. We encourage you to take this as a date night! Due to limited space and seating at the venue we cannot accommodate those not specifically listed on the invitation.
Yes. Our wedding is entirely nut (both peanut and treenut) free due to bride and groom allergies as well as several family and friends allergies. Please text / call us or mail us the physical RSVP card sent with the invite once sent to note restrictions/allergies.
Saturday morning we will be in the Hyatt's meeting room / main floor from 09:00-11:00. We will cater bagel sandwiches to meeting room (by where breakfast is served)! So, if you don't feel like bagels/sandwiches, you can grab their complimentary breakfast (as a guest of the hotel) and stop by the room to say hello! This is not required but we would love more time to socialize with our family and friends (especially our out of towners) before going on our honeymoon!
Please be prompt and early! Ideally, 20 minutes prior to our start time so you have time to park and find a seat before the ceremony begins.
If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked “no”. While we will miss celebrating with you, it is imperative we provide our vendors a guest count within the time they have given. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you plan on drinking and you aren’t staying at the hotel with transportation provided, please arrange transport! We want all our loved ones getting home safe.
