Lido beach
This is a great close beach to downtown Sarasota for whoever is not staying on the beach!
Siesta Key Beach
Voted best beach in Florida! This is a must see / do. The sand is so white and never gets hot. There is also a strip of shops and bars / restaurants down the road on Ocean Blvd!
Anna Maria Island
This is a beautiful area to check out! It's known for its broad beaches, like Manatee Beach Park. In the small resort city of Anna Maria, Pine Avenue is lined with shops, galleries and eateries. Renting a golf cart is a fun idea to explore the area!
Myakka River State Park
If you want to see gators, this is your place to go! They have a boat ride you can see them on or you can walk around on your own. This state park consists of 37,000 acres, making it one of the state's largest parks.

Every Saturday from 7am-1pm, located in Downtown Sarasota.

Tiger Woods owns this putt putt place. You can eat and drink here as well! Its located right next to our huge mall called University Town Center. This is surrounded by tons of shops and restaurants as well.
Marina Jack
This is a great place to get a drink and some food on the water! You can also rent a boat out of this marina or hop on a sunset boat ride! Stop next door at O'Leary's Tiki for a drink.

A must!! It is a Speakeasy in Downtown Sarasota with such fun & crazy cocktails. Our favs are the Boozy cereal bowl and their french fries! (Enter through the back door in the alley and knock on door).
Shore Longboat Key
One of our favs! On the pricer side but great food and a great view of the water. They also have a second location in St Armands Circle. The Miso Marinated Black Grouper and Lobster, Shrimp & Crab Cobb Salad are our favs. They take reservations on RESY.
