Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

As the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:30 PM. This will allow plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled before things begin. We also recommend mapping out your route ahead of time to ensure a smooth and timely arrival!

Question

What Should I Wear

Answer

Black tie...but make it FUN! (So, colorful-tie?). We’re dreaming of a night that’s colorful, vibrant, and full of personality! Think bold colors, fun fabrics, sequins, statement pieces, and looks you’ve been waiting for the perfect occasion to wear. NO black for the ladies, and it is highly recommended to wear biker short of some kind under your dress (just trust me!). For the men, your brightly colored shirts, unique suits, fun ties, and bold accessories are highly encouraged; leave the black at home if you can :) Let’s make this night as unforgettable as it feels. Question

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

To keep things intimate, we kindly ask that you attend with only the guest named on your invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, our celebration will be adults only. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us. If you have any questions, please reach out to the contacts listed.

Question

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

We would absolutely love to have as many of our favorite people stay with us on-site for the weekend! We’ve reserved villas that sleep up to 4 guests (1 king + 1 queen bed) for $600 total for two nights (about $150 per person). Guests staying on-site will enjoy breakfast, pool access, extra weekend activities, and food and drinks throughout the stay. In lieu of a wedding gift, we warmly encourage putting that toward joining us on-site—it would mean so much to celebrate all weekend together! Villas are first-come, first-served. If you’re interested, please text Skylar or Richard, or email thereynolds027@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Question

Will Food and Drinks be Provided?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served, along with an open bar throughout the evening. Please plan accordingly and arrange safe transportation to and from the venue if you’ll be drinking. We want everyone to celebrate and get home safely!

Question

Will there be any Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Vegetatian Options

Answer

If needed, of course there will! Please leave a note on your RSVP letting us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we’ll make sure to accommodate them.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors, weather permitting. Since our wedding is on March 5th in Austin, Texas, we anticipate mild weather, but we’ll have contingency plans in case of rain or unexpected conditions. We will communicate closer to day of what we are anticipating weather to look like.

Question

Is There a Registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you’d like to give something, we would be so grateful if you considered contributing toward staying in our on-site villas helping us celebrate together all weekend long means more than anything.
