This event is still a little up in the air. At the moment, we are looking for a headcount for those interested in attending a casual get together on Friday night. The idea of this is to say, "Hi, welcome to Tamarack," after everyone has reached the resort and had dinner. The first round will be on us (possibly even the second), but we won't provide food. We don't have a location but it will be on the resort grounds. Check the website closer to the date for more information.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Dress Attire: Cocktail Attire (semi-formal). Nights get down to the 40s or 50s but day temps can be in the 70s to 80s.
The Chapel, Lawn, and Reception Courtyard are all in the same area. From the parking lot outside the Osprey Lodge, look for three white buildings (one will have a steeple). There will be a ramp up to the Reception Courtyard, as well as stairs. Once at the Reception Courtyard, looking toward the mountain you will find The Chapel where the Ceremony will take place. If you’re looking at The Chapel from the courtyard, there is a path to the right that leads you to The Lawn where the Cocktail Reception will take place. Across the courtyard from The Chapel is the Grange Hall.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
This will occur on The Lawn, so be thoughtful toward your choice of shoes.
Let the celebration begin! We're excited to join you on The Lawn right outside of The Chapel to say hi and catch up with some drinks and small bites before dinner.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner is buffet style with a full open bar. Please let us know if you have dietary preferences such as gluten-free or vegetarian or need a children’s meal and we can serve you separately.
