Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP tab of our website, enter your name, and select your RSVP.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By March 27th would be greatly appreciated:)

Question

How do I make my hotel reservation?

Answer

Please call the Horseshoe Bay Resort at (877) 611-0112 It is important that each of your guests contact the hotel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date and identify themselves as part of the Condran-Heisler Wedding, and provide us with guest name, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen, twin or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and VIP status. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. A more affordable option would be the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the nearby city of Marble Falls, just 10 minutes from the resort. Please call (830) 693-0707 and ask to book a room in the Condran-Heisler Wedding block for the wedding!

Question

What is the best way to get to the resort from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport?

Answer

Horseshoe Bay Resort is approximately 1 hour from the Austin airport. We STRONGLY recommend that guests rent a car at the airport to travel to and from the resort. If you aren't interested or able to rent a car, Uber/Lyft ride shares are available at the airport to take you out the resort BUT ride shares are not very common once you're out at the resort so strongly recommend scheduling a rideshare ahead of time to get you back to the airport for you departure. Again, we strongly recommend that guests rent a car and carpool with other known guests for the easiest and most affordable travel option!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Around 3:00 pm would be greatly appreciated, the ceremony will start right at 3:30 pm!

Question

Is the wedding still being held on April 17th, 2021?

Answer

YES! In light of the covid-19 pandemic, we want your health and safety to be a top priority. We will follow the CDC guidelines and the rules of our state/city and venue but no matter what, we plan on holding our ceremony on our original date, April 17th, 2021. If we aren't able to hold a ceremony that includes all of our original invited guests because of CDC regulations, we will let you know as soon as possible and we will plan on holding a larger reception when the guidelines allow us too because we want to celebrate and enjoy this experience with all of you! If you have any questions, please email Bryton and Skye at futureheislers2021@gmail.com and we'll get back to you at our earliest convenience!
