Conversations about fantasy football led to our first time as cornhole partners (when Sarah used to be semi-good) and other games until the early hours of the morning. We exchanged numbers and Garrett planned our first date ~12 hours later. Our first few dates set the groundwork for the adventure we were just beginning... we tried grasshopper tacos, played board games, ventured out to the pumpkin patch and wineries, and realized how much we have in common. We quickly knew this was the real deal. Since then, we moved to Arlington, traveled the USA & Europe, attended a few (23 and counting) weddings, continued the pumpkin picking and wine tasting tradition, kept a few plants alive, and laughed every step of the way.

On September 26, 2020, 5 years to the date after the infamous housewarming party, we officially tied the knot during a small ceremony (Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/6fIxJvGfWkY).
