What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 on the dot. The doors will open up to 30 minutes prior at 4:30, so feel free to arrive between 4:30 and 4:55.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire requested. We invite our guests to dress for an elegant evening celebration. The wedding party will be dressed formally, with the groomsmen in tuxedos and the bridesmaids in gowns.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary parking will be available on site at Downingtown Country Club.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Please refer to your invitation for details regarding plus-ones. We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children who are explicitly named on the invitation. We kindly ask that only those listed attend, and we appreciate your understanding as we plan our day. We hope you enjoy a well deserved night off!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to host an open bar throughout the evening, featuring a festive selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and sangria to toast and celebrate together.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please know that we take food allergies incredibly seriously and will note them as such. Melissa is excited to share that the entirety of the food and dessert will be nut-free!
