We met during a theatre production, where fate quite literally placed us side by side on stage. What began as shared laughs and easy conversation during rehearsals quickly grew into something more. By the final curtain, we had fallen in love. We celebrated our first date most fittingly—by attending another classmate’s show, together. Years later, the stage brought us full circle. While visiting Hot Springs, Virginia, Thomas proposed in a historic theatre, surrounded by velvet curtains, warm lights, and all the magic that first brought us together.
