Arrive + Relaxed Dinner at the Inn

Arrive and Unwind We’ve rented out the entire historic Black Boar Inn just for our group! There are 8 parking spaces and 7 rooms with 7 bathrooms, so plenty of space for everyone - including Faye and Cece! Arrive whenever you can - there is no set schedule today. Upon arrival, Anni and Nan will help you find your assigned room so that you can settle in. We’ll have simple dinner supplies available (think make-your-own pizzas or something similar). After that, the evening is yours—relax in the common spaces, unwind in your room, or head out to explore town. Optional Night Out Ogunquit’s famous piano bar, located upstairs at The Front Porch Piano Bar and Restaurant, is just down the street. If you’re feeling adventurous and up for a nightcap, we can plan to make a reservation. They’re currently undergoing renovations and may not be open by April 3, but Nan is in touch with their events manager. If this sounds fun to you, let her know so she can follow up closer to the date!

Brunch at the Inn

Start your day in Ogunquit with a relaxed brunch by Maggie. Come as you are to the dining room and enjoy quiche (with or without eggs!), fresh fruit, muffins, and coffee. After brunch, spend the day exploring town or unwinding at the Inn. Visit the Things to Do page for ideas on how to enjoy your afternoon—and be sure to leave plenty of time to get ready for the evening celebration!
Family Photo + Cocktail Hour

Attire: Coastal Cocktail
Before heading out for dinner, please join us downstairs for photos and pre-dinner bites. Dress to impress in coastal cocktail attire (no jeans or sweatshirts/pants). We’ll capture a group photo, then enjoy drinks and a custom charcuterie, crudité, and hors d’oeuvres board by Elena Faltas of Graze by Elena (https://grazebyelena.com/). We will also kick off the birthday celebrations with some special surprises for Dani!

Head over to the Blue Bistro at the Beachmere Inn for a semi-private dinner with beautiful beach views to celebrate the birthday girl! If we're lucky, we'll catch the sunset before heading back to the Inn for dessert.

Check Out

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Please plan on being out of the Inn by no later than 11am to avoid incurring late check out charges. We'll have coffee and bagels available for you to eat before leaving or to take to go. Before leaving, please help with the following check out items: - Gather used towels and leave them in the bathroom. - Gather all trash from your room and put it in the central bag in the kitchen. - Strip the sheets and leave them by the bed. - Place all dishes in the dishwasher so that we can start a load before leaving.
