What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm.

Answer

The wedding will take place indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie invited. Tuxedos and evening gowns are welcome, but a dark suit and tie or a formal cocktail dress are perfectly appropriate. Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided to guests staying at the BW Fairfield Executive Inn. Guests staying at other hotels will be required to arrange their own transportation.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're so thankful for your kindness and generosity. We're registered through Zola, but we are also very lucky to have all of the essentials we need to start a home together. That's why we very much appreciate any contribution to our honeymoon or other cash funds so we can share in more memories together as a couple and together with you all.

There will be a variety of different food options available. If you have a food allergy, please do reach out at 917-608-4365 and we will make sure you are accommodated!
