This is a lovely landscaped park located in Valeggio. Easy to get around and lots of lovely spots to see - including a lovely view of the castle!

Parco Giardino Sigurtà

A lovely walk up to the castle - kind of a must if you're staying locally as it's en route to Borghetto and a landmark in Simone's home town! Even Lyra approves of the 'castello'...

Castello Scaligero di Valeggio sul Mincio

I couldn't not call out the best ice cream place I've ever experienced! Located in Peschiera on Lake Garda, a beautiful little stop if you've got time in the region (you would need a car to get here from Valeggio). Peschiera itself isn't bad either ;).
