As much as we would love to have all of your children at our wedding, we can only accommodate children of our families. Thank you for understanding.

Cocktail Attire, but keep in mind our ceremony will be outside in the grass.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Bowery in Rubicon, WI. Please refer to the ‘Travel” page for shuttle information from your hotel to the ceremony site.

Can I use Uber or Lyft?

Answer

Yes! They are both offered in the area.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, take a look at our “Travel” page for more details on the shuttle. We would prefer everyone that can to use the shuttle service, because there is not a lot of parking at the venue.

When Do I Need To Book My Hotel By?

Answer

All of the hotel rooms need to be booked no later than Wednesday, August 2, 2023 to ensure you get a room in our room blocks. The rooms will be released back to the general public after that date.

Is There Parking At The Venue?

Answer

Yes, but it is VERY limited, so we would prefer you utilize the shuttle if you are staying at one of the four hotels we have room blocks at.

Are The Ceremony and Reception Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes they are!

Am I Allowed To Take Photographs During The Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony, and ask that you have your devices turned off for the duration of the ceremony. We hired a very good photographer, and promise to share the photographs with you!

Will Any Of The Events Be Held Outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outside on grass. Cocktail hour will be inside the barn, but there is a great outdoor patio area that you can mingle on as well if weather permits! We will also have a bonfire and s’mores bar later on that you can enjoy!
