Matron of Honor
Sister of the bride and mother to the flower girl: Ayla. Meghan and Casey tormented the heck out of each other growing up -- fighting over who got the front seat in the car, how long it took to get ready for school in the morning, etc. They found a deeper sense of sisterhood and appreciation for each other in college. Casey survived her first year of college with support of her sister Meghan and couldn't be more appreciative to have such a strong, wonderful woman/sister in her life.
Best Man
Chris and Matt have been friends since they were 15 years old. They met trying out for the high school soccer team. They share a love for music, soccer, being sarcastic, and general shenanigans. When Chris moved to California in the early 2000s, Matt wasn't far behind. They've managed to lay down roots in LA and have been inseparable for 18 years. Chris is one of the founding members of the Tripod.
Maid of Honor
Casey and Katie became best friends in early elementary school and have not missed a beat in each others lives. Casey attended several Weissman family vacations, always rocked Katie's hand-me-downs with pride and truly became the adopted daughter. Katie has visited Casey in every place she has lived: Ohio, New York, Shanghai and LA. True sisters from different misters. #ClassyLadies #SaltAndPepper
Best Man
The third leg of the Tripod. Juan and Matt met in second grade at the ripe age of 6 years old. By the time they were 14, they were angsty teenagers with nothing to be angry at in particular, so they started a ska-punk band to channel their angst. Juan practiced drums in his garage while Matt honed his skills on bass guitar. They practiced every weekend and played as many shows as they could. Once college came around, they went to different schools (for the first time since 2nd grade). Juan joined another band and moved to sunny Southern California. Matt spent a few years finishing up school, and Juan almost immediately convinced him to join him in LA. Juan, Chris, and Matt began living life in LA. The Tripod was born. For over a decade, the Tripod has remained strong.
Bridesmaid
Lacee and Casey, the original entertainment gurus. From their bicycle show, to the E on MTLTV and everything in between -- these 2 were destined to live parallel lives. Lacee always ate the creamy half of the Oreo for Casey and danced by her side through years of hip hop classes/competitions. Lacee ran her 2nd marathon with Casey who was running her very first marathon in May 2017...and enjoyed every minute. #ClassyLadies
Groomsman
John is Matt's older brother, but not his OLDEST brother! Father of the ring bearers (Hudson and London), John lives in Orlando, FL with his family. Matt has always looked up to John and admired his outlook on life. John, like Matt, loves to travel, explore, make friends, relax, and play soccer. In fact, John played college soccer when Matt was just a weeee lad. John's number was always 15 and Matt took up the number 15 when he was in high school to continue the Siner tradition.
Bridesmaid
Katie AKA "Stein" and Casey met in early elementary school. Casey was jealous of Katie's moon shoes, loved raiding the Steins snack closet and marveled over the Stein Family Christmas Tree, which seemed to grow another few inches around every year. Katie, Casey and Lacee entered the school holiday show every year as TLC and blew the fans away. #ClassyLadies
Groomsman
Matt's oldest and wisest brother. Mark is also father of another groomsman, Matt's nephew Cooper. Mark lives in Fort Walton Beach, FL with his wife and 3 kids. Mark has always been the voice of reason to Matt. Reminding him always to "make good choices". Mark has been taking care of Matt since Matt was in diapers. Including one summer when Matt was in college, Mark allowed Matt to come live with him in Florida and work at his engineering company. Matt spent the summer with a machete in hand, hacking away at vines and bushes in the sticky Florida swamps. But hey, there was a free meal every night! And Matt loved getting to spend that summer with his brother and his nieces and nephews.
Bridesmaid
Casey met Libby in middle school after Libby transferred from Bethel Park to Mt Lebanon and were fast friends. Casey and Libby connected over their love of music and concerts. Casey always admires Libby's strength, drive and zest for life. #ClassyLadies
Groomsman
Cooper is Matt's oldest Nephew, son of Matt's brother, Mark. Cooper just started college in Daytona Beach Florida at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Cooper and Matt have always been close. Matt used to change his diapers. But now Cooper's all growned up and changes his own diapers. Matt's very proud of the man Cooper has become and is honored to have him as one of his groomsmen. Cooper and Matt also share a love for travel and adventure.
Bridesmaid
Whitney and Casey met on move in day at OU. Little did they know they were meeting "the one"...aka each other. Both grew up in Pittsburgh, so summer and winter breaks weren't so bad when your college besties lived in the same place. Whitney was Casey's PIC (partner in crime) in college and remains one of her closest and best friends. #OUohyea
Groomsman
Robbie and Matt met when they were in high school. They didn't attend the same school, but they were both in HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL punk rock bands. Matt's first memories of Robbie are when Robbie was invited up on stage to sing with Matt's band Franklin Mews. Matt thought "Who is this guy who knows all the words to our songs?" Matt and Robbie's bands went on to play many shows together around Northern Virginia. When high school ended, Robbie and Matt both went on to college at VCU together. By sophomore year, they had an apartment together and were causing all sorts of shenanigans. After 4 years of college, Matt and Robbie had a bond as close as brothers. Robbie and Matt also lived together for a few years in Los Angeles. These days, Robbie lives with his wife Ashley in Brooklyn, NY.
Bridesmaid
Jenny and Casey met in a roach infested room in NYC during a networking trip in college and were soul sisters ever since. A few years later they both moved to LA within a month of each other and attended one (and done) Steelers game in Oakland, drag queen bingo and eventually kickball...which changed everything. Jenny is married to Matt's best friend since 2nd grade, Juan who she met at KICKBALL. If you're single, sign up for kickball ;) #6amigos 4 life
Groomsman
Joe and Matt were placed together randomly as roommates their freshman year of college at VCU in Richmond, VA. While many people don't get along with their freshman roommates, Joe and Matt immediately kicked off a friendship that has lasted well over a decade. They were both art majors. They both loved to skate, and even made a coffee table out of skateboard decks. They probably still both have scars on their knees from the amount of times they ran into it. As they made their way thru art school, they continued to live together in a few different apartments. They designed websites together, shot films together, built sculptures together, designed and sold show posters to some of their favorite bands. The creativity was endless!! Nowadays, Joe lives in Philly with his wife Sarah.
Flower Girl
Casey's adorable, sassy and energetic niece. Ayla has her aunt's wild fashion sense and her mother's sass -- making her a well-rounded beauty.
Ring Bearer
Matt's youngest nephews and sons of groomsman John, London and younger brother Hudson will be the official ring bearers. These two will honestly blow you away with how cute they can be. They will spark up a conversation with anyone who will talk to them. And if London finds something fun to do, you can bet that Hudson will be close behind.
