Nick proposed to Sinéad under Georgia O'Keeffe's famous Sky Above Clouds IV painting. This oil painting was one of an impressive series of works by artist Georgia O'Keeffe that was entirely inspired by her air travel around the world, and the views that she would have from the window of her plane. When viewing this painting, Nick thinks about Sinéad and her love for travel.

Nick happened upon this contemporary Italian spot the night before he proposed. To the couple's surprise, it was the restaurant's opening night. Amazing food and excellent service, be sure to book ahead if you're looking to give it a try. It's highly likely that you won't be as lucky as Nick.
Lakefront Trail
Sinéad has spent her last two Summers marathon training while Nick claims to be "coach" running alonside her. The lakefront path in Chicago offers absolutely stunning views whether you're running, renting a Divvy/Lyft Bike, or even rollerblading (come back to Chicago in the Summer to get the full experience).

Sinéad and Nick have frequented this spot, right in the center of the city, to celebrate both birthdays and engagements alike. Nick's favorite spot in this hotel is the hidden Cherry Circle Room restaurant while Sinéad loves Cindy's rooftop bar. This hotel also features a historic library and game room.
