Haldi is a pre-wedding ritual during which family and friends rub tumeric paste on the bride and groom as a blessing. It will be preceded by the Ganesh Sthapana and followed by the Grah Shanti ceremonies, which will be performed by the bride.

Guests are welcome to join in the festivities as the baraat makes its way to meet the bride's family for the Milni (meeting of the two families).
