Rehearsal Dinner

The rehearsal dinner will be hosted in the Heritage Room at 49th State Brewing in downtown Anchorage. It will be a private event. A plated dinner and drinks will be served. Meal choice options will be sent out later on. We are so excited to bring together our families and closest friends for a splendid evening.
Welcome Event

Suggested attire for this event is s blend between dressy casual and cocktail attire. Ultimately, wear whatever you're comfortable in! We can't wait to see you all!
The welcome party will be hosted in the Heritage Room at 49th State Brewing in downtown Anchorage. There will be a private bar in the Heritage Room for our event. We also encourage guests to check out the rest of the restaurant. There are great views of the Cook Inlet and Alaska Range from the balcony and rooftop. Upon arrival at the event, you will be given $500 in movie prop cash. You can spend it on drinks at the bar or on blackjack tables. At the end of the night, you can trade in your winnings for raffle tickets. Raffle prize winners will be announced at the reception, so save your ticket stubs! ***I know we put an 8 pm start time on the invitations, but feel free to start arriving at 7:30 pm!***

Suggested attire for this event is semi-formal garden attire. This is an outdoor event rain or shine. Be prepared to dress appropriately for the weather. From our experience, the average temperature in June was in the 60s, sometimes in the 70s.
We are so excited to have you join us for our ceremony at the beautiful Turnagain View Lodge! As the name suggests, there is an incredible view of the Turnagain Arm. The Lodge is about 25 minutes south of Anchorage in Indian, AK. We plan to have shuttle buses available to transport guests to and from the ceremony. We plan to pick up at the Marriott, where a majority of our guests are staying, and drop off at The Hotel Captain Cook for the cocktail hour/reception.

Bernie's Bungalow Lounge is a great laid-back late-night spot. They have tasty food and drinks. (Their kitchen is open until 12 am.) There's a large patio area, a pool table, and live music in the Paradise Lounge upstairs. After the reception, we'll head to Bernie's Bungalow Lounge. We plan on walking there together. It's about 0.5 miles away, or less than a 10-minute walk. Guests are welcome to take an Uber or Lyft and meet the group there if they'd like. We may also make a short detour stop at The Marriott if guests want to change clothes or shoes. After we close down Bernie's at 1 am, there are a few other Anchorage bars open until 2-3 am. We will see where the night takes us! 🍻

We are planning to host a buffet-style brunch on Sunday morning for anyone who would like to join! The brunch will be hosted at the Marriott hotel in the Skagway/Valdez room on the 2nd floor.
