Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget so, if your RSVP on the website says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you!

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Sundress, skirts, shorts and a button up, nice jeans and a collared shirt are all perfect. We are going for a comfortable yet classy vibe. But don't forget to bring your dancing shoes, this dance party is going to be the best part of the night!!

Where will the Ceremony and Reception be?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. They will both be outdoors, surrounded by forests and the ocean nearby. The weather is perfect this time of year, it will be fabulous.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. Feel free to mingle, take pictures, wander the property and snack on the amazing 3 foot charcuterie board.... get a drink!!!

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

Yes and no.... you could say we have an outdoorsy, woodsy, rustic, classy theme. Greenery will be very prominent throughout our wedding. Fancy yet comfortable. Think about the movie, Twilight... that's the vibe Zoé is going for at least (;

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes! Absolutely! We want to make sure everyone leaves with a belly full of good food and desserts, please let us know if there are any special diets we need to be aware of. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available!

Where are we registered?

Answer

We are registered through zola! You can find our registry tab at the top of our website. Although it feels strange to ask for cash gifts... we have the strong possibility of living overseas in the next month, which would mean we are unable to take the gifts with us since we will be limited to just a few checked bags! We really appreciate anything you're willing to gift us and hope you understand why we are making cash fund requests! We have chosen a few special funds you can choose to put your cash gift towards! We appreciate you more than you know.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes!! We encourage our friends and family to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #thebarcellos so we can keep track of all of your pictures!!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do!! But as you can see from our 'wedding party' tab, we have plenty of little kiddos to keep an eye on and we really want our wedding to be your night off! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! (:
