Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

Yes! The theme of our wedding is Tim Burton (I.E Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, & Corpse Bride)!

Is there a required dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Although it is a summer wedding we would prefer the attire to be semi formal & to stick to the theme. So please no bright neon pinks, yellows, or oranges. Slacks, Button up shirts, Dresses, Jumpsuits, etc.

Will the wedding ceremony & reception be in separate locations?

Answer

No! The wedding ceremony will take place by the lakeside. Cocktail hour will be on the upper level of the venue & the Reception will take place in the tent on the lower level.

Will the ceremony & reception be taking place indoors/outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be taking place outdoors! The reception will be held in a tent outside. If we have inclement weather then the ceremony will be held indoors but the reception will still be in the tent but walls will be up. Make sure to take allergy medication if you allergic to nature!

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking for everyone in the lot on site!

Will children be aloud at the wedding ceremony & reception?

Answer

Though we do appreciate and love children we would prefer no children be at the events.

Can we take pictures/video during the wedding?

Answer

We would prefer to have an "Unplugged ceremony". Meaning we would appreciate it if you please silence or refrain from having your phones or cameras out until the happy couple says their "I dos" After the ceremony please feel free to take pictures and videos and share to your social media accounts! Don't forget to use the hashtag #SimplyMeantToBeMonte

Will anyone need to be vaccinated for Covid-19 to attend?

Answer

No! The bride & groom do not care if you are vaccinated or not. If you do not feel comfortable please feel free to wear a mask.
