It's Showtime!

Nick & Shelly both had been working at the same job but in different departments. They had occasionally spoke at work but never anything but small talk here and there. One night, on the 2nd shift (which they had both worked at the time), one of Nick's closest work friends questioned him about how he had felt about Shelly. He then proceeded to tell her how he felt about her to which her next move was to go find Shelly and discuss this with her. When said friend came to Shelly privately they began discussing the topic of dating to which she brought up if she was interested in Nick and if he could "Shoot his Shot." Shelly was honestly shocked, surprised, but very flattered by all this and told her "Yes he can shoot his shot." Eventually after a few days of avoiding Shelly at work once he had heard that his secret was out the two were able to have a moment alone one night when it wasn't a busy night of work on Nick's end. The two were then able to talk about things from music to video games to anime and much more! After realizing that Shelly had been away from her work too long, She quickly jotted her number down to keep the conversation going. After many long nights of constant back and forth as well as flirting the two had then proceeded to go out on dates together.

Nick & Shelly's first date was in Asbury Park, NJ at the Asbury Biergarten so it had only been appropriate if this was the place that Nick planned to ask Shelly to be his girlfriend (again!) Nick had previously planned a wonderful trip to NY where he bought tickets for them to go and see Beetlejuice on Broadway (one of Shelly's favorite movies) as well as take her to the Beetle House Bar. At the Beetle House Bar they had not planned that Jack Skellington (Shelly's favorite character from her favorite movie of all time) as well as Beetlejuice and Lydia would be there but boy did it make for a wonderful evening! Weeellll, Nick had asked Shelly out that night but unfortunately she declined because she wasn't ready to make anything official just yet. Fast forward a month later, Nick plans this whole day of breakfast at Johnny Macs with some close friends & Shelly. After breakfast they then all proceeded to walk around Asbury until their last destination happened to be the Asbury Biergarten. After having a lovely day full of laughs and memories the groups parted ways & Nick & Shelly proceeded to walk past the Biergarten and by the paddle boats (the swan boats as Shelly likes to call them). Nick then proceeds to stop at the booth to say that he had made a reservation for two. Shelly continues walking then proceeds to ask him why he stopped when she turns around to find him holding a bouquet of flowers with a card attached saying "Will you be mine?" Shelly obviously says yes & begins hysterically crying tears of joy. Everyone around them thought that Nick proposed but then Nick responded "No I just asked her to be my girlfriend." To which everyone congratulated them & the happy couple paddled on their way in their swan boat (while Shelly continued to hysterically cry tears of joy). And that folks, is history!

Nick & some friends planned a weekend up in the Poconos, PA. Nick & Shelly liked to frequently travel there from time to time. They have visited many wineries, breweries, and explored many places out there. Nick, Shelly, and some of their closest friends had gone to Mountain View Vineyard where they had been waiting for their table to be available. Everyone was taking pictures outside, when it came Nick & Shelly's time to take pictures. While some lovely band music played in the background Nick found his moment, got down on one knee, and asked Shelly to spend the rest of her life with him in front of their closest friends. And now it's Showtime!
