While we took our very first college courses together at Duke, our relationship did not take off until we reconnected at a mutual friend's wedding many years later. Since then, we've shared many adventures. We explored Seattle (Frances' second home) and the mountains of Washington and traveled across the U.S. in a minivan stopping at every national park along the way, only to return to Durham, where it all began. In 2020, we came back to Andrew's old stomping grounds of Connecticut, where Frances got to experience her first New England winter and sports an ankle-length parka eight months of the year. But hey, there is no place in the country with better pizza. Facts. On a family vacation to the Outer Banks, Andrew proposed on the beach in front of a beautiful sunrise, surrounded only by sandpipers. It was a truly magical morning. It's been quite the exciting ride so far and we're thrilled to have you all with us as we embark on this latest chapter together.
