Arrive by 5pm so we can begin the ceremony on time.
We will be providing transportation to and from the venue for guests staying in the Fishkill hotels - Hyatt House, Hilton Garden Inn, and Courtyard Marriott. Please amend your RSVP if your intention to take the bus changes. There will be two rounds of departures from Fishkill to The Roundhouse. The first round departs Hyatt House and Hilton Garden Inn, respectively, at 4:15 PM. Guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott should walk over to the Hilton Garden Inn. We highly recommend that all guests be ready for the 4:15 PM departure to ensure everyone has a ride to the venue! If there isn't enough room on the first bus, have no fear. The buses will return shortly to bring all remaining guests to the venue. Upon the conclusion of the reception, two buses will depart from The Roundhouse at 11:00 PM. Guests can take either bus, as they will both stop at Hyatt House AND Hilton Garden Inn. If you are staying for the after-party, there will be two final buses departing Cooper's at 1:00 AM back to Fishkill. Again, these buses will stop at both hotel locations.
Yes! Please wear black tie. This means gowns of any color and tuxedos.
