Is there a dress code? || C'e' un dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors and dinner/dancing will overlook the rolling hills in the region of Emilia-Romania. A wedding is a perfect excuse to get dressed fancy & elegant but also encourage you to be comfortable in whatever you feel best in. Just remember that it is summer, so don't wear anything too hot. If you bring heels, bring a spare set of flats for dancing the night away. • • • • • Semi-formale: abiti e vestiti sono benvenuti, così come vestiti da cocktail. La cerimonia si svolgerà all'aperto e la cena/danza si affaccia sulle dolci colline della regione Emilia-Romania. Un matrimonio è una scusa perfetta per vestirti elegante, ma ti incoraggiamo a sentirti a tuo agio in qualunque vestito ti senta meglio. Ricorda solo che è estate, quindi non indossare niente di troppo caldo. Se porti i tacchi, porta un paio di ballerine di riserva per ballare tutta la notte.

We have saved rooms at two hotels, but we recommend Hotel Boirado which is where most people are staying. Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony? || C'è il trasporto da e per l'hotel per la cerimonia?

Yes. We have organized transportation from Hotel Boiardo to the wedding. The bus will bring you back in the evening too. • • • • • Sì. Abbiamo organizzato il trasporto dall'Hotel Boiardo al matrimonio. L'autobus ti riporterà anche la sera.

What are the entry requirements to travel in to Italy?

Answer

Effective August 6, 2021, the “Digital Green Certificate/Green Pass” is necessary to access some locations and participate in certain social activities. The Italian Ministry of Health issued an ordinance on July 29, 2021 stating that an Anti-COVID-19 vaccination certificate for an European Medicines Agency (EMA) recognized vaccine from competent U.S. health authorities (CDC “white cards”) will be considered the equivalent of the Italian Green Pass where this requirement exists. Alternatively, you can provide a negative molecular PCR or rapid antigen test result taken within 48 hours before using or a medical certificate issued by competent US authorities confirming recovery from COVID within the previous 6 months. Certificates are accepted in Italian, English, Spanish or French and can be both digital or in paper copy.

Do I need to be vaccinated?

Answer

Italy currently has strict rules and you must have a "green pass" or a U.S. vaccination card to enter all restaurants and hotels. You can obtain a temporary green pass if you are unvaccinated through testing. For more information visit: ___. US Vaccinations: you will present your white CDC vaccination card. Some places accept a photo of the card. UK Vaccinations: your NHS Covid Pass can be scanned in Italy as a super green pass.

Can we take photos/videos during the wedding || Possiamo fare foto o video?

Answer

We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer for the wedding. You can take your own photos but try to live in the moment (otherwise we will end up with great photos of you taking photos!). During the ceremony please refrain from using your phones. • Abbiamo ingaggiato due bravissimi fotografi e ben 2 videografi che seguiranno tutto il matrimonio. Fate anche le vostre foto ma cercate di vivere nel momento (altrimenti ci troviamo con bellissime foto e video di voi che ci fate foto!!). Durante la cerimonia invece cercate di non usare il telefono/fare foto.
