Flight

Making the Trip

NYC has two main airports: LaGuardia Airport in Queens and JFK in Brooklyn. They both offer buses and trains from them that bring you into the city, but we recommend booking for the one closest to your hotel or Airbnb as the trips to/from the airports can be long. You may also want to check prices for the Newark Airport—it's a further trip, but sometimes flights are cheaper. If you plan to drive to the city, please check on parking garage fees near your accommodations. Hotels/Airbnbs do not usually include parking, and garage fees can quickly get pricey. If you must drive, we recommend looking for a garage in Brooklyn or Queens and taking the subway into the city.

Getting Around

NYC's extensive subway system will bring you almost everywhere you need to go. We recommend booking accommodation near a subway line.
