Where is the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place on May 31, 2025 at the Westlake Village Inn. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm at the Tuscan garden at the Westlake Village Inn. The reception will follow at approximately 5:30pm in the Provence room at the Westlake Village Inn.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing valet parking for all wedding guests at the Westlake Village Inn.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor but the reception to follow will be indoors.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at the Westlake Village Inn. if you would like to reserve a room under our room block for a discounted rate please reach out to us via text (Simone - (562)412-5507) and we will send over the information.

What is the dress code for the wedding and welcome drinks (rehearsal dinner)? Is there a theme?

Answer

The dress code for the welcome drinks is cocktail or semi formal. The dress code for the wedding is formal or cocktail attire. Please note, there is not a theme for our wedding. Although, our wedding will have touches of vintage inspiration with roaring twenties / old Hollywood vibes. Therefore feel free to inspire your wardrobe as you see fit with these themes as an inspo. BUT please, do not show up in costume (flapper dresses, wigs, or head pieces etc), we want our event to remain elegant and timeless.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those mentioned on the invitation or Zola website are invited. We really want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Please do not bring guests that are not included on the invitation or website as we will have a formal seating chart and they will not be included in that visual if the guest is not invited.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

It is our wish to enjoy an adult only event. Please note, our reception does not include a children’s meal option as we are not intending to have children at our wedding. We appreciate you respecting our wishes.

Will there be meal options for vegetarian or vegan guests?

Answer

Yes, we will have a grilled vegetable napoleon available which is both vegetarian and vegan.
