The ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Please plant to arrive at 4:30, about 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
Yes! Running Deer has a large parking lot out front to accommodate all of our guests. If you need assistance safely getting from the lot to the ceremony space, please let us know and we will request accommodations.
We love your kiddos, but our wedding will be adults-only aside from those in the bridal party. We appreciate your understanding!
In order to keep our wedding celebration personal and close-knit, we have only extended invitations for plus ones to those in our family and friends who have long-term significant others or who are engaged/married. Thank you for understanding!
Please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom if your plans change! We hate that you can no longer make it to celebrate with us, but it is helpful to us to know a final headcount.
Yes! Please notify the bride or groom of your dietary needs and they will pass it along to the venue to ensure you have a delicious meal on wedding day!
On wedding day, the bride and groom will be working on a packed schedule. If you have questions or need anything, please seek out any of the Running Deer staff or any member of the bridal party for assistance! They are more than happy to help :)
