Where do we park for the ceremony?

Answer

The Lakeshore State park is located behind Summerfest grounds. Free parking: South Entrance – Keep Summerfest grounds to your left, follow Erie St/park access road along the harbor and under the Hoan Bridge behind the Summerfest amphitheater. The south entrance to the ‘island’ portion is located near the back of the Summerfest BMO stage (follow red railings and road to the north). North Entrance – Along Harbor Drive and Clybourn St (can be limited during festival season). North entrance path is located just west of Discovery World.

Where do we park for the reception?

Answer

Street parking on or around Broadway St. Otherwise for those guests staying overnight at one of the hotels, parking available near hotel and about 8 min walk to reception. Per Homewood Suites: Most convenient parking option is Chase Tower directly across the street from the hotel. Secured parking lot with overnight parking ranging from $22 to $32 a night. Other parking options would be Huron parking that is directly behind the hotel. The entrance is located on Broadway street and their parking rates are similar to the Chase tower parking. Parking at the open lot connected to Milwaukee Public Market is a less expensive option. Also parking on the street is always an option as well. Meter parking until 6pm but after that time it’s free until 2 am. If you choose metered parking then have to register vehicle on City of Milwaukee website for overnight parking permission. https://city.milwaukee.gov/Parking/ParkingPermits/Online-Night-Parking-Permission-Request
