Our Story
Hi everyone! For those who don't know us we are Nicole & Jay. Nicole is from Long Island, NY, & Jay is from North Plainfield, NJ. We now live in Kaneohe, HI, which is on the Island of Oahu. We have 2 dogs, Maverick & Goose, who we call “The Boys". We also call them Mev, Maveroni, Chunk & Chunkito.
We are lucky enough to be living in Hawaii as Jay is an Osprey Pilot for USMC & Nicole works at the UH Cancer Center as a Grants Coordinator.
In 2017, we met in Daytona Beach, FL. Jay was there because he was in school at Embry-Riddle & Nicole was there for a friend’s birthday.
Her friend was friends with Jay & his frat (shout out Pike) & that’s how we met!
In 2019, we moved in together in Pensacola, FL, then 2020 to Corpus Christi, TX, then 2021 to Jacksonville, NC then 2022 to Kaneohe, HI.
On Jan 29, 2022 we went on a hike & Jay proposed at the top!
We love Hawaii & can’t wait to bring a piece of home back to you as Hawaiian/Beachy/Tropical is our theme.
