Where are the ceremony and reception taking place ?

Answer

The ceremony is taking place in a chapel, which is located right behind Hotel Viking. The reception is located in a ballroom in Hotel Viking. Both are inside so the only time you have to worry about the weather is when you are walking from one location to the other.

What should I wear ? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire.

What happens after the ceremony ?

Answer

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception ballroom foyer area and courtyard where we will be having cocktail hour. We will be serving hors d'oeuvre and beverages.

Where should guest park ? Is parking free ?

Answer

There is a FREE valet service for you for the entire event. Please pull up to front of hotel and they will direct you where to go for the ceremony.

Are kids welcome ?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! No kids are allowed unless they are in the wedding party.

Can I bring a date ?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not then no. We have a strict guest list because of Covid- 19 restrictions. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/ special diet options ?

Answer

Yes we can accommodate all the above. Please just let us know.
