August 15, 2022 Please RSVP "Yes" or "No" to each event.
We will miss you! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No”, so we can plan accordingly.
We love your kids, but we want you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night off. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us at the reception. Kids are welcome at the ceremony.
If your invitation envelop is addressed “& Guest”, then yes. We have a strict guest list, and our wedding is RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Cocktail, please. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it loose. The reception is outside, so please bring a light coat.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to ensure you have time to find parking and that everyone is on time.
ADA accessible entrances are located on the Van Ness Avenue, Grove Street and Goodlett Place (Polk Street) sides of the building.
After the ceremony, we will be taking pictures nearby with our immediate family. There is a 4-hour gap between the ceremony and reception. If you brought kids to the ceremony, please use this time to drop them off before the reception. We have added a section for "Things To Do" with various places to grab a bite or drink.
Ceremony Parking (San Francisco): Civic Center Plaza Garage 355 McAllister Street (at Polk St) Performing Arts Garage 360 Grove Street (at Gough St) Reception Parking (Oakland): Kaiser Center Garage 300 Lakeside Drive
COVID-19 regulations continue to change weekly. In addition to the constant changes, our ceremony and reception are in two different Bay Area counties whose rules may vary. We will comply with any regulations set forth by the venue location. At this time, no proof of vaccination is necessary for either location. Additionally, there are no mask mandates in place. These are subject to change, and we will try our best to provide updates here. While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on the day. Please note that we will not supply face masks at either venue. You will need to provide your own.
We will be offering a full selection of cocktails, beer, and wine. There will be two paid drink tickets per guest before becoming a cash bar. Please bring cash for additional drinks and tips.
