Can I wear jeans?

Answer

No! The attire for our wedding is semi-formal/ cocktail. You can Google this for inspiration :)

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you are attending by September 11th. Counts need to be submitted to the venue by a certain day to ensure we have enough food, drinks, and table settings. If we do not hear from you by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a “no”.

Can I bring a date?

If you have been granted a plus one, it will visible when you RSVP on our website.

Are kids welcome?

We wish for our wedding to be kid-free, aside from our niece and nephew who will be in the ceremony. All family member’s names will be listed when you RSVP, and this will tell you if your child is invited. No hard feelings to the kiddos- we just want our celebration to be fun and stress free!

Do we get a meal choice?

Answer

Yes! We have chosen a buffet style dinner which will have plenty of options for food. There will be salads, side dishes, and entrees with meat and vegetarian options. Since it is buffet style you do not need to tell us ahead of time what you want, you can choose as you’re serving up! ALLERGIES: if you have any food allergies, please alert the staff at the buffet tables what you cannot have so they can let you know which foods are safe or not. If you have an extensive list of exclusions, please text Noel or Tyler and let them know you will need a special plate, we are able to order 10 individual plates :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the lodge and at the ceremony site. We recommend you park at the lodge, and carpool to the ceremony site. There is plenty of parking at the ceremony site if you choose to go straight there, the attendants will direct you to spots. The ceremony site is just a few minutes down the road from the lodge.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

As of right now, no. If you are staying at Miner’s Camp, it is walking distance from the lodge and there is no need for transportation. If you are staying at the Marriott in Auburn, it is about 20 minutes from the lodge. If we have enough of those rooms book up, then we will set up a bus with the hotel to bring you to the lodge, however it cannot bring you back to the hotel at the end of the night.
