Welcome Party BBQ

6:00 pm

We are hosting a BBQ for all guests who will be in town a day early. Please come by for catered BBQ, games, and mingling with the Bride and Groom so you don't have to fight for time on the big day! This will be outdoors so please dress accordingly. We will also need your RSVP for this so we know how much food to get. Dress code for this is elevated casual.

Wedding

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The dress code for this event is cocktail/semi-formal.

There will be a pre-ceremony cocktail hour with drinks and light bites at the lodge starting at 3pm. When it is time, the coordinators will direct you to the ceremony site, called Grand Sierra Pointe. You will need to drive here, it’s a couple minutes down the road. Please head to the ceremony site at 4pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. There is plenty of parking available, however it is recommended to carpool from the venue to save space and time. After the ceremony, you will be directed back to the venue for the post-ceremony cocktail hour, followed by a reception.
