We have so many children that we know and love, and could not imagine them not being there to celebrate with us. However, due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests that are not specifically named on the invitation. For our younger guests, we will have kid-friendly food options and activities to help keep them busy, but please keep an eye on your children as the venue has a large pond.
Yes! We kindly ask that you enjoy this special moment with us camera-free, so please, no photos until our ceremony conclusion.
The ceremony will be taking place in the historical chapel and the reception will be held inside the barn. Both locations have air conditioning. While the ceremony and reception will be indoors, there will be a cocktail hour outdoors. In addition to this, the venue has beautiful grounds that you are welcome to walk around and experience.
The dress code is a combination of Cocktail attire and Dressy Casual attire; It's a balance between elegant and comfortable and fancy and pared-back. For this time of year in Idaho, we might suggest and/or encourage the following: • Ladies: cocktail, tea-length, knee-length, or midi dress, sundresses, or dressy separates • Gents: light dress shirt with slacks; jackets and ties optional
This time of year is usually about 75-90 degrees in Idaho. Depending on the wild fire season, it may also be smoky.

Yes. Once you turn into the venue, you will find the parking lot that can accommodate 200 cars. Please be mindful in reserving space for our elderly guests who need to be able to park closer to the venue.
Yes, we will be serving dinner during the reception. There will also be an open bar serving beer and wine. Please note that alcohol outside of the venue bar is not allowed.
