Lake Chelan
Lake Chelan is gorgeous during the summer months. Rent jet skis or paddleboards. Go wine tasting at some of the best wineries in Washington State. Shop downtown. This is a favorite place for both Hartley and Omlin families!
Desert Canyon Golf Resort
Many of the guests have inquired about tee times for golf at the resort. You can set one up for yourself by calling the resort, or contact Mike Hartley at 509-264-8334 if you would like to join a group that already has a tee time set up. There is also a mini-golf (putt putt) available next to the pro shop.
Leavenworth
We met near the Bavarian town of Leavenworth at the Sleeping Lady Resort! Stroll down the streets of downtown Leavenworth, enjoy a Brat and a beer at Icicle brewing and Munchen Haus. There is shopping, wine tasting and a number of great restaurants. Walk on Blackbird Island. For the more adventurous... hike up to the famed Colchuck Lake located up the Icicle Gorge.

The best water park in the PNW with the largest wave pool in the nation, lakeside surf.
