Dress Code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code. Wear whatever makes you want to dance, party and celebrate! If you are looking for suggestions we love everyone in semi-formal summery/fall florals and colors.

Food

Answer

We will be having meals planned for dinner Friday night, a breakfast/brunch Saturday morning, dinner with the wedding Saturday night, and breakfast/brunch Sunday. If you are concerned about being well fed throughout the weekend we would recommend bringing snacks along with you. There is a small town with a convenience store about 10 minutes away.

Alcohol

Answer

We will be paying for a liquor license for the weekend which allows us to bring our own alcohol. We will be providing beer, wine, and liquor for the weekend.

Cabin Assignments

Answer

We will be assigning cabins but will ask for input on the Housing Request Form. Please let us know if you require anything special (e.g., close to the bathrooms, minimizing walking). The majority of the cabins are bunk beds for 10-12 people. There are a few cabins with a double or two singles.

Available Hosmer Activities

Answer

Outside: swimming, boats, sauna, fire pits, badminton, horseshoes, tennis courts, soccer field, volleyball court and basketball court. There is also the option to rent mountain bikes from Craftsbury Outdoor Center which is connected to the venue by a trail system (or bring your own). Inside: cards, board games, puzzles, and legos.
