We're Getting Married!

It was a setup. A setup by Sierra's older sister and Ian's best friend's mom. Ian had just moved to Colorado for ski season and Sierra was in the middle of renovating a house. Neither had love on their mind. Phone numbers were exchanged on Thanksgiving, a month later Ian text Sierra. We spent the first month texting and met on January 12, 2022 in San Marcos, TX for our first date. Later that month we met in Utah and spent the weekend visiting the national parks followed by a week together in Beaver Creek skiing. It might have been the world's longest second date. The rest is history.

On our last day in BVI, we were relaxing on the couch drinking a glass of wine, listening to the waves roll in talking about our favorite parts of our trip. Ian casually asked "You want to get married" to which I replied "You know you just asked me to marry you out loud?" We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
