Braxton was born and raised in Huntington, WV. He has worked at the Animal ER where we met since he graduated high school. He's taught me so much that was not ever mentioned in school. Braxton loves to fish, collect bourbon, and our cats. Braxton wanted me to write: "I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of bubble gum."

Born and raised in Spartanburg County, SC, I never envisioned myself living in WV. After undergrad, I went to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama (war damn eagle!), and upon graduation, had the whole country available to move. I ended up in Huntington on a whim, and I'm so glad I came! I love our cats, helping Braxton find bourbons to collect, and fishing.

Katie and I became fast friends - after she stole my favorite pen at orientation - in vet school and have been inseparable since, even with miles between us now.

Tiffany and I also met in vet school and we also became fast friends, through our professional fraternity OTS and we have been best friends since! Ask her for her strawberry cake recipe! Trust me, it's the best.

Kayla and I met during rush week for OTS which happens in the week before vet school starts. Kayla ultimately decided not to join OTS, but that didn't stop us from becoming best friends!
