Yes. We will be requiring a negative COVID test from all guests attending the reception. The venue requires masks & a negative test. Please text either Sierra or Max a picture of your negative test as close to the event date as possible. Thank you for understanding.
Please RSVP no later than October 1st, 2022
Please wear something that is semi-formal, but comfortable! We are having a picnic style ceremony & will be providing picnic blankets for each group. Chairs will be provided for those who need them (if we have not already approached you about providing you a chair & you would like one, please let us know)
Parking is limited, so please arrive at least 30mins early (2:30pm). The venue has a $5 parking fee & parking is not guaranteed. There is overflow parking on Skyline Blvd. that requires a bit of a walk. We are looking into booking a shuttle service for those staying at hotels.
The ceremony is at a public park, so parking will be limited. Carpooling is highly recommended where possible. We are looking for ways to make this easier for people & will keep you posted as things develop. The reception space is only a short drive away & has plenty of parking.
We are keeping our wedding exclusive to close friends & family. So, unfortunately, that means no plus ones. We hope you understand!
Kids of close family & friends are welcome! Please let us know if you have any concerns or need extra accommodations.
Of course! Our plan is to have buffet style tacos available at the reception & plenty of dietary accommodating cupcakes. Please let us know of any additional food needs.
Not at this time. We a looking into arranging a shuttle service.
