Travel Note
We’re so excited to have you join us for this wedding retreat and can’t wait to celebrate with our dearest family and friends in just a few short months! **Flying** When traveling to Yosemite, we recommend flying into Fresno Airport. While there are larger airports nearby, they are ~3 hours away (San Fransisco, Sacramento), so Fresno is most convenient. **Transport to Hotels Near the Ranch and the Area** Once you arrive in Fresno, there are really two main options for getting to the hotels near the ranch. We recommend renting a car, as Yosemite is a National Park and the surrounding areas are quite remote. A car will give you the flexibility to explore outside of the wedding events and get to the ranch for the after party as well as the hike. Car services like uber are likely to be scarce. Alternatively, you can take the YARTS bus from Fresno to the hotels listed below: [https://www.yarts.com/bus_routes/highway-41/] if you plan to only attend the ceremony day and/or try to get a ride from another guest to the after party and hike. For the ceremony day (10th), you will have transportation covered via bus from the hotel. **Transport to the Ceremony and Ranch** *October 10* - For the ceremony in Yosemite and the reception at the ranch, shuttles will pick you up at the hotel. The bus will depart from the hotel areas at 9:00 AM for the Glacier Point ceremony in Yosemite. After the ceremony, the bus will make scenic stops throughout the park before heading back to the ranch for the reception. Please note that the ceremony is 1.5 hours away each way through Yosemite, and we’ll have lunch provided and drinks on the bus during the return trip. It will be a memorizing ride! The ranch is just 20 min from the hotels, but due to the buses stopping there, guest parking will not be allowed on the driveway. Buses will be the primary transportation for Friday's events, while on Saturday, you can use your own cars as there will be no shuttle service provided.

This is one of the three hotels that you can use the code to receive a rate of $169 plus tax rate. This block is for October 9 check-in through Tuesday October 13 but you are will than able to coordinate additional days. You have to call to do reservations, they do not use codes online. Note the three hotels listed are a part of the same group ownership and right next to each other for the shuttle. Travel Note
There are some really awesome cabin resorts and rv parks on a lake ~15 minutes away, such as Miller's Landing Resort. You can always rent a small RV, sprinter van, or rent a cabin and stay at these locations. Just note the shuttle only picks up on the Ceremony day from the hotels so you would need to meet there.
