Cocktail Attire: Wear dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dress shirts and slacks/dark jeans. The bridal parties will be dressed formal but with sneakers on! So feel free to wear your best dressed with hiking books, sneakers etc. Let's call it outdoorsy formal!
We will be taking the bus from the one of the three hotels (tbd) listed (they're next to each other), leaving at 9:00 am, arriving to the ceremony location at 10:30 - 11:00 am. Wedding Party will be picked up at the ranch. While the ranch/hotels are very close to the front gate of Yosemite, Yosemite is so large and complex to drive through that the location for the ceremony is 1.5 hours away. We will have refreshments and fun on the bus. The views on the drive are amazing. On the way back from the ceremony, we will be making tourist pit stops for viewing, have a provided lunch, and photos of some of the most beautiful locations in Yosemite. So not only is this a transport for the ceremony but a party tour! Yes, we will make sure to also make bathroom stops! The ceremony will be fairly low key as you are not able to bring any outside music, vendors, etc so nature is not disrupted. We will guarantee to be back by 4 pm to begin the cocktail reception and dinner part of the day.
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We will have a cocktail reception with apps and dinner thereafter, dessert, drinks, dancing, games, fire pit, pool table etc. outside at the ranch. The Ranch is on the side of a mountain so the view and vibes will be great! If the weather is cold enough, we will ensure outdoor heaters but we do recommend bringing a light coat. Dinner is buffet style with quite a few options, including vegeterian.
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Casual Outdoor Clothes

They are an 8 piece band that will certainly get us up and moving! http://davidperezband.com/ - There will be a live band playing - 2 Hot Tubs - Yard games and pool table - 2 fire pits with smores - Interactive games amongst the group - Cute dogs
9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Hiking Gear
Hi! I’ve mapped out two hikes we did in Yosemite with the dogs—both are stunning! We recommend bringing snacks, water, and a lunch, plus a backup or fanny pack. Yosemite Falls Hike (Difficult - Vertical): This hike offers incredible views as you ascend a vertical trail to the top of Yosemite Falls, the largest waterfall in the U.S. There are spots to rest and enjoy the scenery along the way. The first part is mostly stone stairs, and there’s a halfway point where you can decide whether to continue or relax and take in the views. If you reach the top, it’s totally worth it for those with moderate fitness. This hike takes 5-7 hours. Yosemite Valley Loop (Easy - Flat): This trail loops around the valley, offering beautiful views of famous spots like El Capitan. It’s 5-7 hours long, with side trails to shorten or extend the route. You can also stop by lakes and picnic areas along the way. I will provide you with maps before the hike.
