Shuttle

We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Express Hastings for guests who use our room block there. We are not planning to service to any other hotel locations at this time. Please keep an eye out on the RSVP form to let us know whether you plan to use this service so we can best support you!

This hotel is roughly 20 minutes from the venue and we will be providing shuttle transportation to/from. Use the link and discount code above, and book by September 8th, 2025, to receive our group rate.

Hotel
This hotel is ~15 minutes from the venue. We will NOT be providing transportation to/from this hotel. However, if you decide to stay here, you can receive a special discount by telling the receptionist that you are attending a wedding at Bay Pointe when making your reservation.
Hotel
Hit the casino while in town or just stay at their brand new resort! Gun Lake Casino Resort is a ~10 minute drive from the venue. There is not a special rate nor will there be shuttle transportation to/from this location.
Travel Note
Unfortunately, the remote location of our venue does not guarantee Uber, Lyft, or other ride share services. As mentioned above, we will provide shuttle transportation to certain hotels, but cannot guarantee transportation elsewhere. Please plan accordingly!
Flight
While there are other smaller airports near the venue, we recommend starting with the Gerald R. Ford airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the best prices. It's a roughly 30 min. drive from the airport to our venue. Other nearby airports include Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport or Capital Region International Airport.
