Shuttle from Limelight to Aspen Meadows

We will provide shuttles to and from the venue from the Limelight Hotel in Aspen. The bus will arrive to the Limelight at 3:30pm and depart for the Aspen Meadows at 3:45. It will make a second trip after that if needed. The reception ends at 12:00am, but a bus will begin taking guest back earlier as an option as well. For people staying outside of Aspen or not in walking distance to the Limelight hotel the local Aspen bus is free and extremely easy to use check out the website to help you plan your arrival https://www.rfta.com. Also check out the Aspen Downtowner. This free App is connected to local electric shuttles that can take you anywhere in the Aspen core, including the Aspen meadows and most hotels/airbnbs. There is Uber, but it is limited. Please don't drive drunk. There is ample parking at the aspen meadows if you've had too much to drink. Park your car there overnight and retrieve it in the morning!

If you choose to book online you must then send an email to group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line:Sidney Brightwell Wedding Brunch/Inn at Aspen/Dates/Confirmation. Once the email is received, the group discount will be applied and an email confirmation will be issued. For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment.
