A 34 seat bus & 13 seat van will arrive street-side at the AC Hotel at 5:00pm. The shuttles will leave the hotel promptly at 5:10pm to go to the Live Oak Friends Meeting House. Please be ready if you intend to take the shuttle, the bus will make only 1 trip to the ceremony.

The ceremony should end at approximately 6:30-6:40 and the shuttles will depart at 6:45pm to the reception.
