Interurban provides door-to-door bus service in Saugatuck, Douglas, Laketown Township and Saugatuck Township. Fares are $1.00 for adults and $.50 for seniors 62 and over, and persons with disabilities. The Interurban is a demand response system, meaning you call them and they pick you up and drop you off anywhere in their service area. Call 269.857.1418 to schedule your ride as early as 15 minutes in advance or make a reservation for a specific time. Unfortunately they do not service to the blocked hotels in Holland.

Amtrack options are available from Chicago, Detroit, and Grand Rapids to Holland, MI. Please review the schedule ahead of time to make sure you arrive promptly as times are limited in this area. Travel from Holland to Saugatuck by car must be completed, typically this is a 20 minute drive.

The closest airports are as follows: Grand Rapids, MI (GRR): ~45 minutes by car to Saugatuck (44 mi / 71 km) Chicago O'Hare, IL (ORD): ~2.5 hours by car to Saugatuck (157 mi / 253 km) Detroit Metro Airport, MI (DTW): ~2.75 hours by car to Saugatuck (189 mi / 301 km)
