Complimentary shuttle service will be available between the hotels and the venue. Pre-Ceremony Departure Times (from the hotels): 2:45 PM 3:10 PM 3:26 PM The shuttle will pick up guests at the main entrance of each hotel at the times listed above. We strongly encourage guests staying at the hotels to call the morning of the wedding regarding early check-in availability. If you are able to check in early, please consider taking one of the earlier shuttles, as this will help ensure there is enough room for all guests on the final shuttle before the ceremony. Please note that the bus has a capacity of 30 passengers. Post-Reception Departure Times (from Skyroom to the hotels): 10:00 PM 10:45 PM 11:15 PM *The shuttle will be on standby immediately following the ceremony and available to transport guests back to the hotels throughout the evening, in addition to the three scheduled departure times listed above. If the shuttle is not in the parking lot, it is likely en route and will return shortly.
