Answer

We're getting married on Labor Day weekend (Saturday), September 5th, 2026, in the beautiful mountains of Justin's hometown, Taylorsville, NC. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour and a reception with a dance floor under the stars!

We love your families dearly, especially the kids, but we’ve decided to keep our wedding child-free due to seating limitations of the venue with the exception of a few immediate family members. Hopefully, everyone can use this time to relax and enjoy the celebration. Thank you for making arrangements — it means the world to us.

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Our wedding is cocktail attire — think semi-formal and stylish! For women: a cocktail dress, midi dress, or a chic jumpsuit. For men: a suit or dress slacks with a blazer and tie. We recommend dress shoes (or something comfy enough for dancing!)

Question

Can I wear jeans or casual clothes? Can I wear jeans or casual clothes?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to skip jeans, shorts, and casual wear for our big day. Cocktail attire keeps the evening feeling a little extra special — and we can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Question

Is there a color palette for the guest? Is there a color palette for the guest?

Answer

Please refer to the color palette on the “Wedding Attire” tab at the top of the page-- We’d love for our guests to join us in a beautiful, cohesive palette of sage, moss, red wine, plum, raspberry, light pink, brown, and black. These rich, romantic tones will make our celebration feel extra special (and our photos even more stunning!).

Question

Is transportation provided?Is transportation provided?

Answer

We are still figuring out if shuttles are possible. For now, we won’t be providing shuttles for the wedding, so we kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue. There’s plenty of parking available on-site, and carpooling or ridesharing are great options!

Question

Will alcohol be provided? Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

Will there be an open bar? Yes! We’re happy to share that we’ll have a full open bar for the evening. Enjoy cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options — our treat! Please enjoy the drinks responsibly and arrange safe transportation home if you’ll be drinking. DO NOT drink and drive, friends and family.

Please feel free to take pictures after the ceremony, starting at cocktail hour!

Question
