You can pop in for a few hours or spend the whole day but it worth a visit if this is your first time in Monterey!

Monterey Bay Aquarium

One of our favorite hiking spots with beautiful coastal trails.

Point Lobos State Natural Reserve

This is one of our favorite spots to stop and grab a bite or drink on a drive down Hwy 1. The views of the coast are breathtaking.

Nepenthe

Lovers Point is a park and beach in Pacific Grove with views of Monterey Bay. Bring some snacks and hang out!

There is a nice trail that connects Fisherman's Wharf to Cannery Row if you are looking for a nice walk/bike (less than a mile)
