11:00 am - 3:00 pm
The Vibe: We’re starting with a bang! Imagine a lakeside riot of color, street food stalls, and the thunderous beat of Live Dhols. It’s high-energy, it’s messy, and it’s a total celebration of our 10-year journey. Come prepared to dance to the dhol and get a little "haldi-fied!"
The Dress Code: "Color Explosion" Forget the matching sets—we want Multi-color Fun! Think vibrant prints, eclectic patterns, and a kaleidoscope of hues. For the Ladies: Bright lehengas, floral jewelry, or breezy colorful co-ords. For the Gents: Quirky prints, colorful kurtas, or even those bold "Carnival" shirts. The Rule: If it’s bright and makes you want to dance, wear it!
6:00 pm
The Night Baraat The party isn’t over! We’re kicking off the night with a massive, star-lit Baraat. Expect a bigger crowd as more loved ones join our family for this final, high-energy procession. Jaimala & Gala Dinner After the dancing, we’ll move to the Jaimala and a celebratory Gala Dinner. It’s time for toasts, endless pictures, and a grand finale under the Varanasi night sky!
Dress Code: Elegant & Regal The Vibe: Formal Evening Wear or Festive Silks. The Palette: Deep jewel tones (Emerald, Royal Blue, Maroon) or classic Black & Gold. Pro-Tip: The lake breeze gets chilly at night—bring a warm layer!
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
The Vibe: Once the sun sets, we’re turning up the volume. We’re making it official with our exchange of rings, followed by an all-night dance floor marathon. Think strobe lights, heavy bass, and a "Varanasi-meets-Vegas" energy.
The Dress Code: "Liquid Gold & Midnight Sparkle" We want high-shine and party-ready! Think metallic tones, sequins, and deep "after-dark" colors like Emerald, Navy, or Midnight Black. For the Ladies: Cocktail gowns or sequined lehengas that catch the light. For the Gents: Sharp blazers or bandhgalas with a hint of sheen. The Rule: If it doesn't sparkle under a disco ball, it's not sparkly enough!
1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
2 PM: United Baraat & Jaimala Since IIITA 2014, we’ve been one big family! No sides here—just one massive Baraat. We’ll dance together all the way to the stage for the Jaimala. 3:30 PM: Wedding Lunch Time to refuel with a lakeside feast and golden hour views. 5 PM: Pheras & Rituals Witness our sacred vows as the Varanasi sun sets over the lake. Our decade-long journey finally becomes official!
The Dress Code: "Traditional & Heartfelt" For our big moment, we want you to follow your heart. Wear what makes you feel your most festive and comfortable self! Style: Anything traditional—from regal silks to soft floral organzas. The Palette: Whether it’s vibrant jewel tones or elegant pastels, the choice is yours. Note: The Baraat is high-energy, so wear shoes you can dance in until we reach the stage!
