A bedecken, which literally means "checking" is a Jewish tradition that dates back to our patriarch Jacob, who ended up marrying Leah instead of Rachel—simply because he wasn't careful. Therefore, the groom checks to make sure that he marries the right woman. (None of that soap opera switcheroo stuff here!)

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Dinner, drinks and dancing to follow our ceremony! There's an outdoor space that may get a little chilly at night—we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.

Join the newlyweds for a Buffet Breakfast - the morning after the wedding, hosted by Michael and Terri Gibbor, parents of the Bride & Bunny Mazar, Grandmother of the Bride. Drop by before you begin your journey back home, for a quick bite and to say goodbye.
